There is a question that constantly repeats itself over history. “Who are we, when and how time started?” Even today we are aware that studies and experiments are still a long way from finding answers to these endless questions. Cosmos and humanity’s curiosity about the universe inspired “+3×10^8m/s, beyond the light velocity”. Over the horizon, where our starry skies are shining, the universe is expanding gradually. The ever expanding universe, this moment in time and space is presented through this soundscape. The sound becomes the universe itself. We soon encounter the vast cosmos ﬁlled with sound. Would you be ﬂowing into that cosmos? It leads us to a non-altered space which occurs beyond time and space.

GRAYCODE, jiiiiin (KR)

As a duo of computer music composers , GRAYCODE and jiiiiin work in the ﬁeld of sound/new media. Their interests include various media and mainly the form of sound, video, installation and sculpture which can also be seen in their individual work. They have been quite successful as an audio-visual art group called ‘GRAYCODE, jiiiiin’. There is a signiﬁcant direction in their work, understanding our cosmos through sound. In their work, sound is a medium which contains the concept of space and time that concurrently prompt us to recognize the present and understand the cosmic world.
